It never left. The west is still wild.

The sheriffs deputies have a small office in town here which they occupy during the day. They leave at night. Thats right, there isn't a cop in the entire town at nightime.

Once Los Angeles county gets around to being unable to pay for street lighting it could get pretty interesting. :)

Doubt the lethality. 1200 fps is fairly high especially for a hand gun, but pellet mass is low.
