For now, on balance, barely, but the trend has been decreasing ice mass. Even so, the snow>ice>coastal outflow has been accelerating and is contributing to ocean level rise.

Is it the sun?
Is it the tides?
Is it the warming of the ocean?
(underground volanoes?)
Is it CO2?

what science do we have showing this is outside natural variability?
