Who's dodging? I can make irrelevant statements too, but it all comes back to CO2 absorbing heat in a highly efficient manner. If one molecule absorbs a certain amount of heat, all the extra carbon absorbs that much more.
Sorry, but that's all she wrote. The Earth can go through any cycles it wants, but any extra CO2 added to the atmosphere that is man-made will only make things worse.
What about them? How do they overrule the actual measurements of CO2 energy absorption?
how do you know that?
earth is cycling -- and if you presume we would normally reach past heat extremes by doing nothing... how do you know that adding CO2 more quickly won't trigger the oceans to start absorbing the CO2 sooner and thereby moderate the extreme temperature high.
How do you know that earth being warming will not allow us to produce more food?
Because that's not actually happening. CO2 is continuing to build up, man-made CO2, and temperatures are continuously rising.
That will be some consolation to the flooded areas. Sure, people might drown, but they'll be fat!

You make assumptions - you pull out of a hat. And the kooky thing is - you say them like some sort of zealout... instead of properly explaining that you are not sure but...
I presented a chart to you which shows you we seem to be in the cool end of the spectrum.
Greenland is not even green yet... we are just uncovering viking settlements. We could be just coming out of a glacier stage.
