Wray is positioning himself to be kept on if Biden wins. Unfortunately he continues to build points with the dems by knifing Trump admin people. Barr and Johnny Ratcliffe among others.
Ratcliffe tore into Schiff for saying that Hunter's scenario was a russian disinformation job by saying that Schiff had absolutely no intel to support that assertion and "that he would know about it as DNI Director" and that he knows that none exists because he has not seen it. But of course it is quite possible that Wray informed Schiff but withheld that information from Ratcliff. And all intell agencies are supposed to report to or update the DNI director so that he can coordinate reporting to the President.
Wray is a weasel. He is another one praying that Biden will be elected.
As I have said before though, Hunter has another problem where many of the same emails are being released by his business partner who has nothing to do with the computer repair guy/alleged russian disinformation scenario. Lots of splainin for Hunter and Joe to do. Fortunately for them, not many media or government officials to ask the tough questions.
Wray is the weasel in that disconnect- not Ratcliffe, my view.

I don't think so, jem. I think we can safely assume he and our amssador Yovanovitch were not meaning anything other than what they said. Of course everyone was concerned about the appearance of a conflict of interest. Joe has said he had a conversation with his son and told him he did not want to know anything about what he was doing, and his accepting a position on the Burisma Board concerned him greatly. I believe that. I also believe that Hunter didn't do anything other than take Burisma's 50K per month to the bank. Hunter is an adult and Joe was really powerless to stop him. Nevertheless, I guess we could both agree that Hunter should have not accepted the position out of respect for his dad. Hunter is not starving. He didn't need that money. And it caused his dad a lot of grief.
Obama is at fault here too. He shoulkd have asked Joe to stay home because of Hunter's position on the Board, and sent someone else as our envoy to put pressure on Ukraine to replace Shokin with someone who would actually press forward with prosecution and work to clamp down on rampant Ukrainium corruption.
