Here's a draft of the AMT stuff, at least as it applies to boxes. It's as simple as I can make it, but if there are questions, I can make modifications.
Applying AMT to trend channels is a bit more complicated, but we'll see how this goes first. Clearly AMT applies to channels as well, given the "calls" I've made lately, though as far as I know, no one else has ever tried.
