Commercialization has stalled with no new firm contracts announced since July 2020, noted Kaushal, who prefers to wait on the sidelines until there are signs of "tangible revenue growth."

Par Pacific upgraded to Outperform from Market Perform at Cowen 07:28 PARR Cowen analyst Jason Gabelman upgraded Par Pacific to Outperform from Market Perform with a price target of $21, up from $13. Par's lower operating expenses and limited capital expenses in 2021-2023 give it "a peer-leading cost structure" that should allow it deliver free cash flow to cut its debt, said Gabelman, who also thinks the company's recent sale-leaseback lowers the risk of what could have been "a potential liquidity crunch" in the second half of this year.

Morgan Stanley upgrades potential super app 'leader' Yandex to Overweight 07:23 YNDX, SBRCY As previously reported, Morgan Stanley analyst Miriam Adisa upgraded Yandex (YNDX) to Overweight from Equal Weight with a price target of $75, up from $63. "Super apps" dominate in China and Adisa sees a similar story unfolding in Russia, the analyst said, adding that she believes Yandex already offers the most complete ecosystem and stands out, along with Sberbank (SBRCY), as "potential leaders" on the move toward "super app" status. Given the company's strong capital allocation track record, Adisa has confidence in its ability to gain market share across key verticals, including in e-commerce, the analyst added.
 
SailPoint price target raised to $75 from $71 at Morgan Stanley 07:17 SAIL Morgan Stanley analyst Hamza Fodderwala raised the firm's price target on SailPoint to $75 from $71 and keeps an Overweight rating on the shares following the company's "much anticipated" analyst day that gave significant details on management's long-term strategy and SaaS transition plans. Following the event, Fodderwala thinks over $1B in revenue/ARR is achievable by 2026, the analyst tells investors.

Swatch Group upgraded to Buy from Hold at Stifel 05:17 SWGAY Stifel analyst Rogerio Fujimori upgraded Swatch Group to Buy from Hold with a price target of CHF 315, up from CHF 250. The analyst sees improving sales momentum given the company's exposure to China and European re-openings as well as significant margin recovery potential in the next three years.
