Apple Hospitality REIT initiated with an Outperform at Oppenheimer 16:19 APLE Oppenheimer analyst Tyler Batory initiated coverage of Apple Hospitality REIT with an Outperform rating and $23 price target. The company is well positioned given its high-quality and geographically diverse portfolio of select-service hotels, said Batory, who views it as a positive that Apple was the first lodging REIT to return to a meaningful dividend payment. He also believes Apple should be a net buyer of assets in 2022.
