The Southern Poverty Law Center estimates that there are approximately 450 white supremacist type organizations. Klan, Neo-Nazis, Skinheads, etc.
Assuming the Klan would be one of the largest, the Anti-Defamation League estimated total KKK membership to be 3000 members in the US.
