When I posted that on BROS the market was down quite abit. So relatively speaking 3% is alot and indicative of further gains perhaps. This is how I am so accurate with Implied Vol. If the market itself was up 2.5% it wouldn't matter.
The Implied Vol on BROS is UP. These signals rather than being chuckled at should be taken in and written down.-- Keep a ledger if it helps.

The IV on BROS, I just checked, is at the lower range of the 52 week average. So wherever you read that, whoever the author was... is FOS.
