Hey I have a private co we should SPAC.-

We had a very good experience with The Shade store./ They have strong selections they arrived exactly on time and were in and out in a half hour.

Shade Store is a private company with an estimated 400 employees. In the US, the company has a notable market share in at least two industries: Blind & Shade Manufacturing, Window Treatment Stores and Window Treatment Stores.

$19B in back orders.
Not a cheap stock at 9X EV/EBITDA and 10X cashflow, 20 PE forward, but I like the $19B in back orders. Option action is very bearish however.
Lots of January $10 puts sold yesterday at the ask.

ERJ takes out the 52 week high.

In NYC a 12 year old dog was lost and the city picked him up and killed him within 5 hrs.

This is a disgrace. The family had put up posters and went online saying the dog was missing.

Shelters/ Animal control is supposed to make an attempt to find owners and wait a certain amount of days before taking any dogs life. Shame descends on NYC.

That's pretty messed up.
Well, people should put a chip in their dogs or at least have a collar with a tag on it that can be used to find the owner.
How's a 12 yo dog run off anyway?
What were the owners doing?
