HSBC analyst Charlene Liu raised the firm's price target on iQIYI to $8 from $5 and keeps a Hold rating on the shares. The company's stronger than expected Q4 results, coupled with marked improvement in free cash flow, "surprised us on the upside," the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says liquidity risks have declined significantly, but dilution risk has not yet.
