I just made potato salad.
In all my years I cook alot I cannot remember ever making potato salad.
Instant douse of butter way too much salt garlic warm milk... I'll give you a damn whipped potato.... but that old school kind you always buy at the Deli stand.. that potato salad I just made.
Holy crap! Wash the red small potatoes with cold water 1 full minute after boiling not to loose... firmish.. Then add Parsley chopped Italian and Onion chopped, mix, add lots of 1/2 cup + of Mayonaise > add bits of bacon (make that first and chives fold together and refridge///
