Birchcliff ( BIR on TSX Nat Gas ) increases dividend times 10 today. I would imagine once markets settle ( and Nat Gas ) a lot of institutional investors will jump at that yield. Illustrates just how cash rich a lot of these Cdn energy companies are. Gold right at $1920 long term resistance level anything could happen here.

I bought BIR ( TSX ) at $8.70 Cdn as a day trade.

My damn dog.

Scene 710. My wife and I aghast leave the house at the same time. We both have work outs my wife has double scheduled overlapping my gym time. Whatever. My son has just left to return to school recently and the dog has been a little angry over that.

I come home yesterday and Bacchus is just acting weird. He's way hyper jumping on chairs tearing around and then suddenly sitting and looking very guilty. I look around nothing. I am used to him eating leather items, gloves, shoes and cell phone cases eyeglass cases... so I almost always have everything off the floor.. I look again- nothing. Phew. I collapse in my chair and there on the floor in front of the TV is a lone silver belt buckle. Just a freakin' buckle... By itself.

The damn dog dragged a belt out of my sons room and ate every little bit of it... except the buckle. So far he has only manged to puke up one piece.

I think today GRRR is pinging off this:

Singapore-based edtech Genius Group (NYSE:GNS) stock soared as high as 206% Thursday after it announced it was issuing a special dividend and could execute a possible stock buyback, reverse stock split and/or dual listing in an effort to combat suspected manipulation of its ordinary shares.

Shares of Genius opened at $0.85, slipping to a low of $0.74 before jumping to a high of $1.65 in late morning, up 206% from Wednesday's close. The stock recently changed hands at $1.47 at approximately $11:35 a.m. ET. Genius stock, which debuted in April, had been trading below $1 since early November.
