Houses and rents are up 30-100% since 2019? Stimulus for Trump and politicians. Now Tepper is telling us what he really wants, more immigrants for cheap labor.


Edited: Not to mention inflation all over the energy and goods sectors that absorbed all the Covid cash the workers got. Is Tepper referring to the wealthy?

I can't believe I am saying that-- me the hater.

But in keeping with last year's dogs being next year's winners and this happening to be a frisky tech stock... and all these downgrades have a PT much higher... and I really feel the heart of the matter should be this division.
