Looking at a six month chart of the S&P you can see we have been A) getting no where fast and B) building abit of abase.

4121 is June 6 or so.
4176 is June 2nd.

We are now in a bull flag and my best guess is we make a run for somewhere between 4121 & 4,176.

That unfortunately would be my upper band target for end of year. So there's really not alot of meat on the bone.
