Anika Therapeutics upgraded to Outperform from Market Perform at Barrington 09:04 ANIK Barrington analyst Michael Petusky upgraded Anika Therapeutics to Outperform from Market Perform with a $31 price target post the "solid" Q3 results. The company's JPR business, in part fueled by new product launches, "is on the verge of a multi-year period of accelerating growth," Petusky tells investors in a research note. The analyst also sees margin expansion at Anika as highly likely over the next few years and adjusted EBITDA more than doubling by 2024 versus 2022 levels.

Merrimack surges after partner says Onivyde met primary endpoint in cancer trial 10:10 MACK, IPSEY Merrimack Pharmaceuticals (MACK) shares are surging after the company announced earlier that partner Ipsen (IPSEY) issued a press release today reporting its primary analysis of the results of its Phase III NAPOLI 3 trial of Onivyde plus 5 fluorouracil/leucovorin and oxaliplatin, or the "NALIRIFOX regimen," as a treatment of first line metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, or mPDAC. The Ipsen press release indicates that the trial "met its primary endpoint demonstrating clinically meaningful and statistically significant improvement in overall survival compared to nab-paclitaxel plus gemcitabine in 770 previously untreated patients with metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and key secondary efficacy outcome of progression-free survival also showed significant improvement over the comparator arm. The safety profile of Onivyde in the NAPOLI 3 trial was consistent with those observed in the previous phase I/II mPDAC study," Merrimack announced. Ipsen indicated in its update that it intends to file a supplemental New Drug Application with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for Onivyde in combination with oxaliplatin plus 5- fluorouracil/leucovorin for the treatment of patients with previously untreated mPDAC following the Fast Track Designation granted in 2020. "We are encouraged by these results which indicate progress toward a potential future milestone payment from Ipsen. We congratulate the Ipsen team and look forward to continuing to await further public announcements from Ipsen regarding progress with this important program," said Gary Crocker, Chairman and CEO of Merrimack Pharmaceuticals. In early trading, Merrimack shares have advanced $7.90, or 198%, to $11.90.

Citi 'bit surprised' by post-earnings selloff in Roblox shares 09:36 RBLX Roblox reported Q3 bookings, adjusted EBITDA, average bookings per daily active user and daily active users generally in line or better than consensus, Citi analyst Jason Bazinet tells investors in a research note. The company's Q3 revenue finished below the Street, partially driven by a $110M headwind related to a change in estimated paying user life, adds the analyst. However, he views the change as a positive for Roblox and it a "bit surprised" by the weakness in the shares this morning. Bazinet has a Buy rating on Roblox with a $55 price target. The stock in morning trading is down 10% to $35.0
