So the obvious news is out- that Covid shots are slowing and people are not rushing to get the boosters.
All future vaccines and advances that this same tech (there is a law suit) provides is Not priced in.
Moderna sees revenue from APAs for product sales $18B-$19B in 2022 07:32 MRNA Advance Purchase Agreements: Revenue from Moderna's APAs for product sales for anticipated delivery in 2022 are expected to be $18-19 billion, reflecting deferrals of $2-$3 billion to 2023. Cost of Sales: Cost of sales as a percentage of product sales are now expected to be 26-28% of sales, with the upper end of the range potentially driven by further charges due to product updates. Research & Development and Selling, General & Administrative Expenses: Full-year expenses are expected to be approximately $4 billion. Tax Rate: The Company expects an effective tax rate for the full year in the low- to mid-teen percentage range. Capital Expenditures: The Company expects capital investments for 2022 of approximately $0.5 billion.
So in a Slow Down sales 18.5 Billion and capital Investments - $500 mln.
1/2 of $1 B vs $18.5 B....
I expect eventually I will get the Booster and most likely every few years certainly not every year-- but this virus warrants our attention on a bi-annual basis.
Ok so the stock is a little to week right now it needs to steady itself $2-$4 higher... but I'm watching it. I think it'sworth $200+
