This is probably one of those fake outs when the buyer already owns a huge amount-

Revenue for the quarter came in at $19.3 million versus the consensus estimate of $28.93 million.

  • The partnership is expected to support public health and biosecurity services totaling ~$16 million, with an overall potential to exceed $61 million based on CDC program options and public health priorities.
  • The partners intend to broaden the program's scope and add cutting-edge modalities and offerings, such as the monitoring of wastewater from aircraft lavatories, as COVID-19 sublineages and other biological threats continue to emerge.
  • The parties have partnered since August 2021 to deliver timely public health data. The program is slated to expand its footprint with additional testing sites.

The Sept period is one of the very worst for stocks. This Jackson Hold meeting is setting up a one two punch. In prior markets I might argue that the Fed could blast us out of a Bear market with a properly timed reveal at Jackson Hole, that won't happen this year. The Fed is upset at the markets reaction from the last meeting and if anything will dole out some small amount of troubling speak.

Whereas the Quants were rolled at the 4,200 level they have now reset to defend the 200 day. A move above that could indicate a new Bull market! That's why it won't happen, nothing in the economy today screams bull market. Reference the empire st index. That's a first Aug view several more regions will report soon and they likely too will show declines. The Fed's rate rises are time delayed to the real economy.

Normally this would be somewhat good it would indicate the Fed has to take his foot off the gas-- not this time as inflation is far too high. Some comment about beating inflation no matter what even if it takes down stocks that will be a hing-point here for the markets participants.

These idiots all like to say don't fight the fed when it behooves them to but when they have Fear Of Missing Out they seem to forget that.

Aug 27 is D Day. Get yourself in a good amount of cash for SEPT/ OCT. ~stoney
