Mirati Therapeutics price target raised to $110 from $90 at JMP Securities 06:21 MRTX, AMGN JMP Securities analyst Silvan Tuerkcan raised the firm's price target on Mirati Therapeutics (MRTX) to $110 from $90 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The analyst cites the initial NSCLC combination data from competitor Amgen's (AMGN) sotorasib + PD-1 that indicates a more challenging path forward with its combination. The front-line NSCLC setting is key for the value of the KRASG12C franchise, and Mirati's adagrasib + pembrolizumab combination seems to be "easier to combine in this population", Tuerkcan tells investors in a research note.
