Van I just sent an email to HF that said Karuna/ Ukraine?
Those figures, in the column "changed" are current as of 6/30 13-G filings, ie the share amount is current as of 6/30, the change refers to 3/30>6/30
Like I said, it's old news, from March... my only point is things there haven't settled down as was anticipated, its only gotten worse.
And the company hasn't given any updates.
Received an answer from my guy in a train coming into the city from Bedford:
Van- you are correct the final readout of Karxt ( I don't think the have come up with a name yet) could be delayed because of the war.!
Apparently the big read out everyone is waiting for this month has been done just at US labs<----- They are calling it emergent 2 trail and what's scary is all these money pro's see a positive outcome.... Every one and the term "Blockbuster " is being thrown around quite liberally.

One odd aspect is KRTX appears to have secured a deal with China before acceptance here in the states--
Regarding the Chinese market, Karuna has already inked a deal with Zai Labs. Under the terms of the agreement,inked in November 2021, it will receive a $35 million upfront payment and is eligible to receive up to an additional $80 million in development and regulatory milestones. It is also eligible to receive up to $72 million in sales milestones and low-double-digit to high-teens tiered royalties based on annual net sales of KarXT on the mainland.
You would think that's only if they get approval-- but I am not seeing that and I cannot get behind the fire wall of these Chinese pharma sites... nor do I want their viruses!
Success would equal a move to above $160 within hours <--------------
Plus success would mean a buy out most likely. Just too big a market for a breakthrough new therapy.
