- 2nd round of testing planed- "NYC Jury Duty "--wife got a nasty letter she must show up.. well no one can tell you what you can do in your home- they can't have a say in whether or not you are allowed to have a shot or two of tequila in the morning-- it gets the blood going--you don't sign up to Jury Duty and swear that you'll stay straight.--nope they'll catch a whiff of her Booze Bands (tm) and send Mrs Stoney on her way.

PepsiCo agreement 'a significant positive' for Celsius, says Stifel 10:26 CELH, PEP, BUD Stifel analyst Mark Astrachan notes that Celsius Holdings (CELH) has announced a long-term strategic distribution agreement with PepsiCo (PEP) that includes the latter investing $550M in the company for an approximate 8.5% ownership stake. Most importantly, effective August 1, 2022 Celsius will transition distribution to PepsiCo in the U.S., with PepsiCo becoming Celsius' preferred distribution partner globally. The analyst views the agreement as "a significant positive" for Celsius as he estimates distribution via PepsiCo will nearly double current points of distribution, based on TDP achieved by Bang when it transitioned from Anheuser-Busch (BUD) to PepsiCo in 2020, meaningfully accelerating market share and sales growth for the brand. It will also likely contribute to meaningful EBIT margin leverage in the U.S. as the agreement allows Celsius to consolidate sales, marketing, and distribution efforts, he adds. Astrachan has a Buy rating and a price target of $93 on Celsius.
