DaVita Inc. Schedules 2nd Quarter 2022 Investor Conference Call


  • DENVER,July 18, 2022/PRNewswire/ -- DaVita Inc. (NYSE: DVA), announced today that it will hold its quarterly conference call to discusssecondquarter results on Monday, August 1, 2022, at5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. The company plans to release its results after market close the same day.
 
A) DaVita COO buys $1.55M in common stock 06/27 DVA In a regulatory filing, DaVita disclosed that its COO Michael Staffieri bought 20K shares on June 23 in a total transaction size of $1.55M.

Barclays 'less optimistic' on quick DaVita CMS/legislative fix 06/23 DVA Barclays analyst Sarah James tells investors in a research note that key takeaways from DaVita's call on Thursday is that there is no change to the company's strategy on share repurchases or new build intentions, which is "positive news on an area of concern." The analyst was hoping for confirmation of KPI expansion on commercial pricing, but says there is still the potential for this to be added in the future. James, who made no change to her Equal Weight rating, is "less optimistic" than management on a quick CMS/legislative fix.
