Comstock (NYSE:LODE) +8.9% post-market after saying Monday it filed for a new patent to produce renewable diesel, marine, sustainable aviation fuel and gasoline from wood biomass, "at dramatically improved yield, efficiency and cost in comparison to all known methods."

Comstock (LODE) said its plans to decarbonize with renewable fuels "involves abundant feedstocks that are not used today, enabling a vast untapped energy source with superior benefits."

Based on current performance data, the company projects fuel yields exceeding 80 gal/dry ton with lifecycle greenhouse gas emissions reductions of more than 80% compared with petroleum.

Bloomberg had United Airline's head of sustainability on this weekend, and she said these renewable fuels are 4X as much as jet-A. Ever the green optimist though...(she didn't get that position for no reason I guess), she was quick to add "but if fuel costs keep rising, these become more and more competitive."

4X the price Stoney. >>>> Not the discovery of a lifetime. But that patent might be worth something down the road.

EDIT: I just looked. Come on Stoney... a $0.55 penny stock?! Yeah I knooow. It goes up a nickel tomorrow and here it comes: "I am the greatest stock-picker of all time." :rolleyes:

I am worried I may have acted impulsively and removed Boeing too soon from the portfolio.-
I know this because when I called around fully half of my friends and family declined to sell despite me acting
here on the name.-
