Dropbox approached recently about takeover, The Deal.com says 10:16 DBX Dropbox was approached last month about a takeover, according to The Deal.com, citing a source familiar with the matter. Dropbox said in May they were recently approached by a consulting firm seeking sensitive information about company operations for a possible bidder for the company, the report said, according to contacts.

Hmmm.
Lots of volume today, and I doubt it's solely off that upgrade.
