- Opendoor Technologies (NASDAQ:OPEN) said Thursday it expects Q3 revenue of $2.2B-$2.6B, well below the consensus estimate of $4.26B. In addition, the tech-focused home flipping company is guiding for Q3 adjusted EBITDA loss of $125M-$175M.
- By comparison, Q2 adjusted EBITDAwas positive $218M. Q2 adjusted EBITDA margin was 5.2% vs. 3.4% in Q1.
Those puts are $4.90 today.
