Piper Sandler analyst Brent Bracelin reiterates an Overweight rating on Avalara with a $135 price target following the company's analyst day. Avalara remains well positioned to capitalize on an increasingly complex tax and compliance commerce landscape, Bracelin tells investors in a research note. He was "encouraged" by the company's focus on international penetration, cross-sell momentum, and an intermediate-term financial target model calling for mid-20s organic growth alongside continued free cash flow margin expansion. Bracelin views Avalara's risk/reward as favorable following the stock's 42% year-to-date selloff.
