Stoney... shut up already.
I have watched this stock for years, I know how it acts.
You get some hair-brained idea because some SA article mentions it and the CES togethor and you all the sudden think a stock is gonna run.
Those ideas don't work Stoney.
Sure they may get a pop off of the article, but it goes away. Now if you trade that, more power to you... but go back and look at how many of your calls I said were a terrible idea that in a relatively short period of time, proved me right. So just because i criticize your stock picks, don't start crying like a teenage girl who someone called fat on Snapchat.
Where did I say I bought those puts?
I didn't. I threw it out there because one, its fun to mess with you, and two, it is in fact a good trade.
Yeah, LOGI went up yesterday... but did you happen to notice nearly EVERY high beta stock went up 5%? Duh. Don't be stupid.
And that is a good trade. Like I said, Feb exp is a long ways off.
If my thoughts change, I'll say so. Unlike you, I keep the readers informed.
I hardly think an option with 2 months to exp going down a dime is a big deal.
When the tide goes out, it'll take LOGI with it and those puts will net 50% easy.
So no one called you fat Stoney, we have 200k views because of what we BOTH bring to the table.
I thought lizards had tough skin, so toughen up and quit crying.
But wait, there's more!!
You sit here and brag like you are god's gift to the stock-picking world, and in reality you're delusional. I can't figure out if it's the marijuana, you're bipolar, or both. But either way, lets take Thursday for example.
You post no less than 8 "idea" stocks that you got from that day's upgrades, an SA article, or whatever. And I'm sure you read dozens and as you have said before, you "filter them out".
But your filters are based on whims of fancy that you perceive are good ideas at the time looking forward.
Now inevitably, one or two of these stocks go up, maybe that day, maybe that week, ... but its a shotgun approach and no one here knows what you are recommending and what you are just throwing out there.
That's not skill. (Aside from your "go-times". Which are good, because they are in fact definitive. At least I've managed to institute that change in you.) But the thing that is so amusing and inevitably draws out the troll in me, is when these stocks go up and you come back and start bragging in all caps about how great you are. It's comical and it's too hard to resist on my part.
Now, you wanna see skill... try reading an off the radar stock's complete earnings report... knowing exactly which variables WS will react to and how because you have followed the stock for years and you know what the individual stock's metric is that will really move it aside from the headline "beat eps/missed eps/beat rev/missed rev".... do it all in 5 minutes time after the release, and come on here and post your opinion.
That's skill Stoney.
Did you notice AEHR went up 33% yesterday?
Of course you did.
Did you say one word about it?
Of course you didn't.
It's the small penis syndrome I think. Or youngest child.
One or the other.
And there's one more thing I'm going to share in closing here.
You cost the readers huge money yesterday.
Not because of anything you post, but because of the way you act, ie you are desperate to see me f up a call.
How did that manifest itself yesterday you ask? I'll tell you how.
I saw that news about WWE and I saw that the stock had gone from $72 to $78 long before the general pre-market session had opened. Now this is another stock I have traded several times over the years and it's another one I know exactly how it acts. It is one of those market-maker darling stocks that's used to burn retail shorts with.
So early yesterday, before 7AM, it is sitting there at $78/$78.50 bid/ask.
Up huge.
I looked at the chart, pulled out my magic pencil, and I knew right away that damn thing would take out $85 easy during regular hours. Why? Because rookie retail shorts would jump on the story, realizing it's not a big deal and the stock is overpriced... and the MM's would f them 8 ways to next Tuesday by lifting the stock to the high heavens.
And that is exactly what it did.
What was the high?
$89 and change?
And it closed right at $85... exactly as I thought it would.
I even wrote the post.
But you know what, I decided not to post it because I knew that if those job numbers or whatever, were used as an excuse to drop the S&P 3% instead of vice-versa, WWE stock may not have played out as I anticipated and I didn't want to hear about it all morning from you while I'm trading and concentrating.
Shame on me for letting that bother me while I'm concentrating , but as I said, our back and forward banter is hard for me to resist. But in all seriousness, in that regard, your demeanor on OUR thread here, cost the readers a gold-mine no brainer daytrade.
Other than that... who loves ya Stoney?!

We'll be pulling for your Giants! Safe flight.
