This:
It owns and operates an approximately 65 million gallon per year ethanol production facility located in Keyes, California. In addition to low carbon renewable fuel ethanol, the Keyes Plant produces Wet Distillers Grains, Distillers Corn Oil, and Condensed Distillers Solubles
You do realize Ukraine's grain, which allegedly feeds 410MM people worldwide, predominantly in Africa, but other places as well, is currently being blockaded by Putin as he weaponizes food, threatening the starvation of an entire continent.
Just a hunch, but I don't think there's gonna be a big push to be turn grain into fuel anytime soon. There's plenty of oil in the world, not so with grain atm.
Sell this stock.

Hell they'll probably have to shut down the entire operation for awhile.

World Food Programme warns of mass starvation due to Russian blockade of Black Sea ports
The World Food Programme is warning of an impending catastrophic failure in food supply chains caused by Russia's blockade of Ukrainian Black Sea ports.
Besieged Ukraine is often described world's bread basket. But now ships can't get out of the ports.
Speaking at the Quad summit held together with the leaders of Japan, Australia, and India, US president Joe Biden said the war is a global issue.
"The global food crisis is made worse by Russia blocking Ukraine from exporting its millions of tons of grain," he said.
The world, he said, was at a “transformative moment” and the Russia-Ukraine war was not only a European but a global issue: "As long as Russia continues the war, the United States will work with our partners to help lead a global response, because it can affect all parts of the world."
The UK is in discussion with allies about sending warships to the Black Sea to protect freight ships conveying Ukrainian grain overseas, in what it called a “coalition of the willing.”
A ticking time bomb
There are fears that time is running out to avert a world food crisis. The World Food Programme's executive director, David Beasley, said failure to open the Black Sea ports soon would be is "a declaration of war" sparking global food insecurity.
He added: "The silos are full. Why are the silos full? Because the ports are not operating... It is absolutely essential that we allow these ports to open, because this is not just about Ukraine, this is about the poorest of the poor around the world, who are on the brink of starvation as we speak.”
Kees Huizinga is a Dutch farmer in Ukraine. "There's still 25 million tons and grain and oilseeds left in Ukraine," he told reporters, "that's a third of last year's harvest, so we already have a huge logistical problems.
"So I mean, it's already late, it's already too late, but.the only option to get the grain out of Ukraine is through the Black Sea ports. They have to be open".
Ukraine and Russia together export a third of the world's wheat and barley supplies and half of its sunflower oil, while Russia is a top supplier of fertilizer, which has recently surged in price too.

You liked the stock at $42, said it was at a bottom, and its $14 now.
T/A looks good, nice quarter, still a little pricey imo, but I'd rather put money there than in a company juggling debt around to construct a biodiesel refinery who's principal source of cash-flow atm is (ONE) ethanol plant in CA... when an entire continent is staring down the very real possibility of the starvation of millions and millions of people due to a worldwide grain shortage.
Stoney, snap out of it. It's another story stock in a (my new favorite preferred choice of market parlance phraseology) --- a Phase 4 crash.
Quit recommending these loser stocks. The children Stoney!

Monetization of Renewable, Low Carbon Fuel Standard Credits
A significant part of Aemetis' revenue stream comes from the renewable fuel standard credits that are associated with their produced fuels. At the federal level, renewable fuel accounting involves Renewable Identification Numbers(RIN). A RIN is a 38-character number assigned to each physical gallon of renewable fuel produced. To comply with the federal law, fuel refiners and blenders must report RINs to show that a fraction (specified by law) of their sold fuel originates from renewable resources. A market price emerges for RINs and is monitored by the EPA. California has a similar mechanism to monitor renewable fuels, the Low Carbon Fuel Standard credit system.California's renewable fuel credits are worth even more than RINs.
Thus, Aemetis' business is to generate both RINs and LCFS credits by removing carbon from the atmosphere as they produce their renewable fuels. They then sell those fuels and credits to other companies.
Take a moment,.,.. not a bad business plan.
This can be lucrative: while a single unit of thermal energy, e.g. 1 MMbtu (one million British Thermal Units), may be worth only a few dollars, one that carries RINs and LCFS credits can exceed a hundred dollars.
Aemetis Projects $1B Revenue by 2025<--------------
Aemetis' CEO, Eric McAfee, gave a clear vision for his company to Credit Suisse. Their board of directors include experienced individuals with strong track records in industry, academia, as well as the US Department of Agriculture. Aemetis' leadership projects strong growth leading up to $1B revenue by 2025. Growth in their California ethanol segment (yellow) is modest. However higher growth is projected in all other segments including their dairy renewable natural gas segment (red), their jet/diesel biofuel segment involving the cellulosic ethanol (blue), and their biodiesel business in India (green).
Here is the other kicker the Jet fuel biz is soaring now.
