Crown Castle price target raised to $153 from $143 at Raymond James 07:54 CCI Raymond James analyst Ric Prentiss raised the firm's price target on Crown Castle to $153 from $143 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. After Crown Castle gave disappointing initial 2023 guidance for colocations/amendments, Prentiss believes some U.S. carrier leasing growth is shifting from to rivals after Crown Castle led the industry in gross U.S. organic tower growth the past 2 years, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The analyst still sees upside in Crown Castle and all three U.S. tower stocks, especially if rates continue to stabilize.

JP Morgan started off coverage on Porch Group (NASDAQ:PRCH) with an Outperform rating.
Analyst Cory Carpenter and team believe PRCH's B2B go-to-market strategy is differentiated and provides the company with unique data and early access tohigh-intent movers at low customer acquisition cost.

Idea #1- Porch Group.
Porch Group initiated with a Buy at Loop Capital 07:29 PRCH Loop Capital analyst Mark Schappel initiated coverage of Porch Group with a Buy rating and $30 price target. The analyst is positive on the company's leverage to the "enormous and underserved" home services market that is on the cusp of a "technology awakening" as well as its unique vertical solutions and disruptive business model that allow the company to break away from small private home services vendors. Porch is poised to disrupt the age-old insurance industry, having found early access to homebuyers through home inspection and title processes, Schappel tells investors in a research note.
