What Happened: A Form 4 filing from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Friday showed that Karkar purchased 3,997,519 shares of TMC Metals. The total transaction amounted to $2,998,139.

TMC Metals shares are trading up 18.28% at $0.93 at the time of this writing on Friday morning.
 
If we go down this rabbit hole folks... be ready.. when I go full blood hound on these small unknowns it can be shocking. This board is going to be filled with explosive moves & we must practice sell strategies.
