My first buys were low to mid teens, added more yesterday and the Open during the tank. Why, my HOV, BZH, PHM, MTH, MHO, LEN, AMWD, TMHC, BECN, GMS(Dry wall), BCC, LSEA, SSD, NVR, TOL are killing it.

I have a limit order of 100+ shares HHC, the 6 month looking good!
 
I called a old developer friend, his ex run’s his former component company like SSD and AMWD. 90% of new construction he’s selling is private equity from overseas investors. How come US can’t own Saudi and Chinese real estate like they buy here?

For the most part that is happening today. 4 or 5 real clean earn reports that even had
next QTR escalators in EPS and views... they are not going up.

This indicates to me that right where we are now-- IS FAIR VALUE----
