Funny, I had just checked on I-Power yesterday.
Why's it on your watchlist? I think yesterday it only traded 8K shares. Did you see something about it in my absence? I haven't really read the thread for a few weeks.
The last time I had checked on it it was below $11, so something must be up. I see it had a volume spike in mid July. I'll have to look.

AIR is on the move too.

“Dream Finders Homes Inc. (DFH) came out with quarterly earnings of $0.65 per share, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $0.32 per share. This compares to earnings of $0.60 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.

This quarterly report represents an earnings surprise of 103.13%. A quarter ago, it was expected that this homebuilder would post earnings of $0.09 per share when it actually produced earnings of $0.45, delivering a surprise of 400%.

Over the last four quarters, the company has surpassed consensus EPS estimates two times.”

Our GYDN had a nice pop too in case you didn't see it. I almost bought that one yesterday. I figured it had bottomed.
Grid Dynamics $11.02 (+12%) :mad:

Ya know who reports Wednesday? This one.

Yeah I think he said he was leaving early today. I called Suffolk County and made sure they doubled up on lifeguards this weekend; and saved an extra bed in the drunk-tank.

Know what home builder never gets any attention and I had forgot about? Howard Hughes Corp. HHC.

I owned it for awhile back in the day (I think I lost $5/share if recall :rolleyes: ), and since all these builders are on fire, I thought I'd pull it up.

This damn thing has barely budged. It's a good company. They build planned communities, multi-family, condo's, all kinds of stuff. I'm gonna dig into why it hasn't moved much, but for now I'm giving it a moderate VZ granny stock upgrade.

HHC----> $78

More to follow on this one.

It's $83.61 now.

And don't forget, Ackman bought $2M worth of it

Not sure what this means for it:
