Baron, how are the workouts going? Have you adjusted volume or frequency since what you had reported in your old thread. Specifically, I'm curious to know how many resistance workouts you do per week and their duration; how many cardio workouts you do per week and their duration; how many times you work each muscle group per week; and, how many sets per muscle group per workout. Have you been tweaking any of these variables? I'm also curious to know how other members here who work out regularly weigh in on these variables.
Baron, what has turned you on so hard for becoming a physical fitness freak?
When did you adopt this; like only the last few years, or all your life?
Just curious.
We need more people with this outlook in this country.
...I have always been interested in fitness, but have enjoyed it even more now that I'm in my 40's. Now it seems like looking and feeling young is more of a challenge, but I like that challenge. And it's always gratifying to be among a group of guys who are about the same age as me and I look around and see that pretty much everybody else is overweight and aging rapidly.

Really. So your wife is half your age and your multiple mistresses are almost half your wife's age? That must be one helluva 2km swim....i am close to 60 but look way younger...
...my deal is hard swimming most days 2 km...
...now my wife- half my age- is smitten with me .
my affairs are with women in their 20s..![]()
Yeah, I've been doing HIIT quite a bit lately. Like today for example, I did 5 sets of lat pulldowns and 5 sets of jump squats to failure. For those that don't know, jump squats mean that you squat down all the way down and then jump straight up in the air so that both feet come completely off the floor. You can cheat with little baby jumps but the point is to really jump so that your feet come at least 6 inches off the floor. When you try to do them correctly like that, 20 reps of jump squats will burn you out pretty good. Alternating between the lat pulldowns and the jump squats had me pretty winded by the end of the workout. Total time: 21 minutes.Oh and HIIT training is good stuff also for dropping some fat.
Who cares if it's cheating lol. Do you know what dose they are putting you on?I'll be going on TRT shortly for low T. Technically 'cheating' when it comes to this thread, but should make it all quite easier ;P
