That delay was a tech issue back in April of 2010 caused by a version of Adobe Flash. It was corrected soon after by a software update.

FXCM does have a web version of our Trading Station platform. It uses Adobe Flash, not Java, and works on both Windows and Apple computers.

But it is not pure web version ,as by Optionsxpress
(possible with java)

Could you please clarify what you mean when you say that you are looking for a "pure web version" ?
At first I thought you meant that you want a web-based platform that does not use Java. Please let me know if that's not the case.

and compare
with
FXCM web version - before started some 5 sec need to download
(Java ,adobe ?)
888poker.com -equal story ,some 5 sec to download adobe
Optionsxpress in pure web version (wihout java ,adobe )
work from any public access

Dissadvantage ,that new quote can be received only with button press
But better this kind ,as no any ...
Different local root's by public access have different rule's
Java ,adobe not work in each case by publci access (university ,Apple house ,McDonald &)
2. Military most expensive communication system Milstar ,Milstar-2 ,
AEHF can transmit 1.55 mbit -8.192 mbit sec
but for heavy jamming condition exist possibility to use
75 bit/sec

Thanks for clarifying. So what you want is a web-based platform that uses neither Java, nor Flash. Our Trading Station Web platform uses Flash, but I have passed your feedback onto our developers. I'll update you, should we develop a non-Flash, non-Java, web-based platform.

Whenever we introduce new products for trading there's an approval process they have to go through with the local regulator. I can't tell you of an exact date when CFDs will be available on our platform for traders in Canada, but I will post an announcement here on the forum, when the time comes.
