Nothing to add, there is a bit of extra functionality. I can't comment on whether the onboarding process has improved, maybe someone who has joined more recently can chip in.

No I'm not looking for OPM, and I was obviously gutted not to appear in Jack's latest book but then I guess I'm not that good!!

Not a fan of his latest book - except for the systematic trader chapter. All the rest of the traders seem to rely quite a fair bit on gut feel and intuition. If you simulate reality 10,000 times, I doubt they can survive in most of them.

Many billionaire traders/ fund managers built their fortunes on discretionary trading ie gut feel, eg Soros and his famous back ache...

Too bad they don't support Rithmic or CQG based accounts such as AMP Futures.
