Why not just skip all the trouble and go for fruits and vegetables. Unless someone lives in the desert with no water/soil or so far north that the soil is froze, there isn't really any reason to rely on vitamins in pill form.
I actually eat just veggies, fruits, nuts and organic dairy (body no longer can digest hormonal anything), and if I wasn't taking treatments every two weeks, I would get off of the 20,000% Vitamin C I am taking. But some of the supplements I will be on for life, I take Tumeric instead of steroids for inflammation, I take EMU crème instead of Vicadin, CQ10 for heart, St John Wort for happiness, Gingeroot for dizziness and holds down the puking, Magnesium has to be taken when you adding Calcium as I have very weak bones, Grape Root keeps diabetics away for me, B-Complex taken 2500% so I don't have to take diabetic leg and foot pain drugs. I take 11 other drugs mainly for lungs cause Chronic Sarcoidosis is a buggy if you fill up lungs, high blood pressure caused I believe for all the BS in life taking this crap every few hours. I drink 4 glasses of crap called Barley grass, does give me energy though, and I drink 2 pots of coffee or I will fall asleep. Then you take treatment hoping to God you brought enough bags to make 30 minute trip home and of course more pills.
Yeah, I like to eat more fruit, but I really doubt much or any fruits can cover what I am going through. Oh, I do live in desert, lack of water and I am not eating the crap from Mexico.
Ever see "Groundhog Day"? That's my life last eight years, another handful of pills to keep alive. But there are worst things in life, like inability to trade and not be able to pay for all this, HAAAAA but I am actually very happy most of the time, I can laugh even when doctor said I was terminal eight years ago HAAAAAA You either believe you can overcome or die and can't watch the Chicago Cubs win World Series this year.
