He's to shy on Elite to share but wanted newbies to realize you can make big bank if you can get a good mentor and keep company with profitable fellow traders like Master Destiero and Chip Shot who "buy strength" and "Sell Weakness".

Yes, it's possible. He's using a lot of leverage. The kind of leverage where you get binary outcomes.
