With this resume and years in the market (more like 2+ decades I would guess considering SLK was bought out in 2000) Am I the only one wondering why he started the year with only a 40k account?
If your not already retired and living in the play boy mansion by then, your not great, so hard to find 5 year track records.
Agree. A 5 year Verified track record is perhaps not difficult to find out (not even sure about that given the abysmal stats nicely provided by brokers). What is difficult to find out is a 5 year t.r. (Or even longer) with an annual return in the range of 20- 30%. There are many academic resources related to this range which You may want eventually read. This is the return that the best traders are able to provide consistently over the years including bear markets. I guess the point i tried to make to the op is that We should not be interested to find out outliners rather traders which have an edge over the years and thus the ability to provide consistent return in that range.

It is an E*TRADE account, why did OP black out the choice of year to date, month to date and today, without that information, how do we know that amount is month to date profit? OP, please at least post a picture without that information blocked out, that information does not contain any private data.
