CO2, man made or otherwise, has to cause warming you idiot. That's what co2 does. It's one reason why the Earth is warm enough to be habitable. It's how the environment works. It's scientific fact.
Trying to argue co2 lags is a complete red-herring. You know , the thing you can manage, false argument. Gaps are utterly irrelevant to subsequent warming. Do you turn the power on in your home and say oh look, this gas has lagged the warming we had from it last time. Actually come to think of it, you're dim enough to.

Can you explain the warming in the Medieval Warm Period? Can you explain the warming in the Roman times? Both periods were warmer than today before man put industrial CO2 into the air.

Sadly you are wrong. All the evidence demonstrates that temperature leads CO2 by about 800 years in the long term history of the earth. In other words CO2 does not cause warming.
