Judge Napolitano said he had three intelligence sources convey this info to him. He didn't say he got it from Fox News and Fox News doesn't have Napolitano's sources.

So what's it worth when Shep Smith contradicts Judge Napolitano?
Maybe Shep Smith got his info from the young man who he met at Fox News that he "dates".
Maybe it was pillow talk or whatever homosexuals call it when they gossip after having homosexual sex. When Shep Smith says Fox News has no knowledge of Judge Napolitano's claims, maybe Shep Smith's nose hasn't been in the same places as Judge Napolitano's while covering this story.
