Fox pulls Napolitano from air after Trump report

Perhaps you should stick to topics you're familiar with...oh, wait, we just covered that.

I feel that I'm pretty familiar with your workout regimen, fred. How could anyone not be? The fitness threads are like one great big spamfest of neverending pointers on how you think it should be done. All scientific, of course. Except for the part that science is repeatable. And your methods are anything but. The 'majority of scientific experiments conclude" isn't really science at all, is it? Because if a minority of them didn't come out the same way, then one cannot conclude that the results are repeatable.

Why not just admit the the only thing they know for sure is that progressive overload is science, and the rest of is it more of an opinion? Wouldn't that be more accurate?

You think you're "pretty familiar" with my workout regimen and think it only takes 10 minutes? I think I'm now beginning to better understand how you arrive at your political and religious conclusions.

I think you're too busy trying to contradict me to bother addressing the evidence, including the evidence that contradicts the validity of studies supporting high volume training solely for strength training purposes. I looked at the best objective evidence available and accepted the conclusion that the researchers drew, and that more researchers are drawing with increasing regularity. You, on the other hand, wanted first and foremost to contradict me and then sought out "evidence," however shoddy, to support your argumentative conclusions. Basically, you were just being an asshole. And being the asshole that you are, why don't you change the topic again for no good reason?

I tried staying on topic once, bringing up the homo stuff because Shep Smith, one of the people under discussion from the start, actually is a homo, with a homo agenda, and you and phony went on a tirade about how i had brought it up out of the blue as a completely unrelated and tangential topic far outside of the topic under discussion. Iow, you and phony are too stupid to see an obvious connection.

So why stay on topic? It's fruitless when dealing with idiots.

The real problem here is that you and phony just can't emotionally digest that ET isn't being run according to the perverted sensibilities and notions that the left takes for granted everywhere else on the internet. Namely that all name calling by the left of the right is acceptable for any reason and with any names, but every insult leveled at the left by the right it completely out of bounds and unacceptable in a civil society. You people are so thoroughly brainwashed that you just can't fathom that I have just as much right here to call you a homo fag as you have to call me a kkk'r or whatever other term you'd like to use to inflict an insult. It causes massive bouts of cognitive dissonance that shake your immoral foundations to the core.

Thank God there is one place on the internet where the idiots aren't running the asylum. Very grateful to ET for that.

Regarding your training, if you insist on calling it that, I didn't impune in any way your right to follow whatever direction you think the research leads. So why are you accusing me of doing so? I merely asked that you stop referring to it as science. Because it's not, dumbass. A majority vote doesn't constitute science. Not in global warming and not in physical fitness.

The difference between you calling me gay and me calling you a bigot is that you actually are a bigot. See how that works?

Proper research follows the scientific method to give the conclusions more validity. This can apply to exercise and it applies to climate change. Following the dictates of the scientific method has nothing to do with a majority vote. However, it does follow that the majority of legitimate, independently-minded scientists will draw similar conclusions from properly conducted research.

You sought out to discredit some reports I posted in another thread with an Internet article concluding that multiple sets of an exercise were superior to single sets. The references in the article you posted included a study conducted by a guy named James Krieger. I'm familiar with Krieger's work. Krieger "concluded" that multiple sets were superior to single sets taken to failure based on a meta-analysis he conducted. You had no idea who Krieger was, and no idea what his meta-analysis even looked like. You merely did a search looking to discredit what I had posted. And it was not your first time, even though this is a topic you know absolutely nothing about. But you will recall that I had responded to your blind and flailing post in that thread with an attachment of a critical review by Ralph Carpinelli, who took Krieger's meta-analysis apart piece by piece.

Here, have a look at it again and try not to embarrass yourself.

You found an article critical of Krieger? Whooptie doo.

Here's on critical of Arthur Jones methods. Taking it all apart piece by piece.

See how easy that was? Are you thoroughly embarrassed yet? I'm betting you slither right back to the fitness section and go on pretending that research and experts that thoroughly disagree with your hero worship of jones/bass don't even exist.

And as to your first comment in your post, you are the one that does pistol squats, the gayest most laughable exercise ever. When a heterosexual spots a man doing that movement, they just instinctively know to avoid bending over when they're anywhere near them.

If we could harness the energy expended on butt hurt over inane topics, we'd solve global warming.

Really? You post an article by a kettlebell coach? And your kettlebell coach cites a study from the early '60s by Richard Berger? Who gives a shit? Berger's is best known for his principal study in 1962, comparing the effects of one set versus three. Do you know anything about that study? Berger reported a 3% difference in strength after performing 300% more exercise using three sets compared with one set. And so, he recommended multiple sets! That sums up Berger's credibility. Most self-styled "experts" regularly refer to Berger's study, and more recently to Krieger's GIGO meta-analysis, as discussed in my previous attachment, to support the "more is better" proposition. Think about that for a moment; you got nothing.

Or, better yet, rather than throwing shit against the wall and hoping some of it sticks, why don't you stick to things you know best, like fear and hate?

Oh, and you couldn't perform an unweighted pistol squat if your life depended on it, let alone weighted breathing pistol squats. And so, feeling inferior once again, you naturally resort to bigotry to prop yourself up. How surprising. And if your manhood gets so easily threatened when you see someone doing an exercise, maybe you should question the nature of that manhood. I can only imagine the alarm bells that must go off in your head when you see someone do a stiff leg deadlift:

I'm not at all surprised that you rave about this exercise.

Other gay blades do,too.

So now you're against regular barbell squats as well? The movement considered by most weight trainers to be the single most important exercise?

On the plus side, at least you don't really have to worry about exercise and what you eat since you're just too dumb to die.

Come on, Fred. I'm waiting for one of your all cap stfu's. I know you're just about there. Come on. You can do it.
