I cited the Treasury report which said

"Only the President has the authority to suspend or prohibit a covered transaction.. if CFIUS or any member of CFIUS recommends suspension or prohibition of the transaction"

A recommendation is NOT a veto, CFIUS cannot BLOCK either.

Final comments on this retarded conspiracy

1st- The conspiracy predicates on the fact that Hillary Clinton solely approved of the sale. She did not. 9 Government entities approved of the sale, including the state department. So how would bribing one person by so much accomplish the rest? And if she indeed try to influence rest of the government, why hasn't anyone found evidence of that?

2nd- WHY THE FUCK DOES IT MATTER IF US SOLD URANIUM TO THE RUSSIANS? Its a commodity. US doesn't use uranium in nuclear weapons and haven't since 1964. US uses plutonium.

3rd-The "20 percent of the nations uranium" is complete bullshit, it is less than 5% of our KNOWN uranium reserves. Secondly they can't export it, they can only sell it to nuclear energy plants under NRC's orders.

4th-The Tenex bribery case was Russians trying to IMPORT their Uranium into the country, why would they try to export something at market costs when they have it more than they need?

5th-There is no investigation, because as the attorney general himself said. The DOJ isn't for your idiotic partisan conspiracies so take it back to Infowars.

6th - Breitbart is trash, anyone even believing or citing it is an utter moron and should be ignored as a matter of principle.
