Fox News’ Shep Smith Methodically Debunks Uranium One Conspiracy Theories

the article did not lie. It pointed out that fact that hillary's voted and influence matter for practical reasons.

It even put veto in quotes... so morons from the dnc could not successfully make fraudulent claims about what they were saying..
read it again..

However, Smith’s claim is misleading. While the final decision technically rests with the White House, CFIUS traditionally, and as far as is publicly known, operates by unanimous consent. Crucially, any one member can block a transaction. Such a “veto” can only be undone by the President, though there is no known case of the President overruling CFIUS since the committee was set up in 1975. In short, the Clinton State Department had the power to effectively gut the deal."

How many times do you have to be told that you are quoting a BLATANT lie that was easily disproved.

CFIUS has no powers to block anything, I quoted the legal language to prove that.

Breitbart is Nazi propaganda who defends pedophiles, why are you posting their crap as if it's valid.

Uranium One is the new birther conspiracy to jem and he is going to believe it as much as he believed the birther bullshit no matter what.

I asked a simple question. They have no answers.

Why would Russia pay millions in bribes so that they can export Uranium at market rates and then export it back at market rates. The whole Tenex bribery case was about Russians trying to IMPORT Uranium into the country so that they can sell more of it, but with Uranium One they are doing the opposite?

Are these Russians out of their minds to just rack up transportation costs for no reason.

Not a single Con is willing to answer this and you know why.

I'm waiting for them to answer that as well

I have told your question is ridiculous and irrelevant. When determining whether Hillary and Bill are guilty of taking bribes the reason why Putin was paying the bribes is irrelevant.

https://bribery.uslegal.com/elements-of-offense/

The guilt of a bribe taker depends solely upon his/her own corrupt intention and the defendant cannot escape conviction upon the ground that the bribe giver had no criminal intent.[vii]

Is Putin dumb to bribe someone who had no authority to carry out the action he wanted?

And why would Putin bribe anyone to get Uranium at market rates when he has excess of them?

Critical thinking, try it.

you have used up your allotment of dumb, irrelevant, and misleading questions.

How is it misleading, I am asking about the MOTIVATION for doing something. If something makes no economic sense, why would anyone bribe someone over it? Hundreds and millions of dollars for Uranium that Russia has excess of and then they buy it at market rates and then export it back at market rates? What's the ANGLE?

Lastly, 5 Republican led committees have said they could not find any bribery angle after all the investigation, why is that?

These are very simple questions and no Con is willing to answer it.

so putin and his criminals pay over a hundred million to clinton and you are trying arguing he did it for no corrupt reason? that is the dumbest argument in history. We are talking abou the clintons and putin.

you have to look at this back when the crime was happening in 2010 and before.

Japan was hit by a tsunami in 2011, and this brought along terrible consequences for the nuclear industry as a whole. In order to prevent a meltdown, like the one we saw at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant four years ago, government officials responded by closing all of Japan's 48 usable reactors. And due to Judge Higuchi, who believed there wasn't enough proof for most nuclear plants to be operated safely, it seemed for a moment that not even one Japanese nuclear plant would become active again by the end of this year.

This made uranium-related companies quiver, as those 48 reactors normally require 132 tonnes of uranium per year, which adds up to 6336 tonnes in total. That's almost 10% of what was needed to power all plants globally for 2015. And since these reactors weren't active and have been lowering their inventories by shipping their uranium to reactors abroad, they've been contributing to the supply glut.

Uranium One deal happened in 2010, why would a future event affect in 2011 the 2010 deal in anyway? Can Putin see the future. Also, why Uranium One? It currently produces 4% of the 0.4% of US production, it's absolutely meaningless in a global context. Why would anyone pay hundreds and millions in bribes for this?

And the Tenex case you linked to, it was about Russians trying to IMPORT Uranium into the country because they had too much of it, not the other way around. That's why I asked you, why would Russians buy US Uranium reservers, export it and then import it back to sell at market rates.

How in the world does that make any economic sense?
