You are breathtakingly STOOPID. With two Os. Possibly three. Reread all of my preceding posts, or have someone do it for you. He didn't let it happen on purpose any more than a bus driver asleep at the wheel purposely crashes his vehicle. The point is that he was asleep at the wheel. The key word is "incompetent" rather than "deliberate." Have your caretaker explain it to you. Slowly.
