Yes they are. Individuals are going to face lawsuits but also the big networks.
You will only hear about the big ones, Sandman, Dershowitz and Rittenhouse but there are many people suing CNN now and in the near future. They are not covered by the rotten big tech deal that protects Alphabet and Facebook.
If republicans flip the House and retain the Senate I think you will see the big tech protections removed and so many people will sue YouTube and the like they will probably cease to exist.

Let us also, note that Donald Trump was a good looking guy when he was younger and a billionaire at that? What are the chances that hordes of gold digging women were in fact, hounding him, hoping to get the jackpot or get showered with cash? It is so easy to throw baseless allegations when you do not have to be held accountable for it? Why didn't she sue him when he was not even President of the United States? Multiple chances yet, she chose to keep quiet? Why?
I think she said that she was originally paid to say these things in October before the election but that because there is so much early voting going on this cycle that she was told that mid-September might be better.

Everyone who has worked in a large corp has had glancing or more serious run ins, knowing one over a period of time, attached to your friend's circle is a different thing.
You are not interesting enough for a relatively grandiose narcissist to want to know in any case. Few are, you have to have something that they think can reflect well on them.
