I used to have very painful neck and back problems till about 5 years ago.
I experimented with many chairs and I settled for a solid wooden teak chair with reclinable profiled backrest and wide wooden armrests, all made to order by a craftsman. (I tried some out before ordering).
As you bring up keyboards - mouse included - I think it is of particular importance that your arms/elbows are adequately supported.
In fact with professional pianists, neck-cramp/pain problems are pretty well known. This is roughly the same as with keyboard/mouse usage and unsupported arms.
