For those that want an Aeron chair

You are welcome.

I agree with you 100% on the chair. I find that chairs, along with keyboards, are the most subjective thing and people need to try it out before buying.

You are right about this nitro.
I used to have very painful neck and back problems till about 5 years ago.
I experimented with many chairs and I settled for a solid wooden teak chair with reclinable profiled backrest and wide wooden armrests, all made to order by a craftsman. (I tried some out before ordering).
As you bring up keyboards - mouse included - I think it is of particular importance that your arms/elbows are adequately supported.

In fact with professional pianists, neck-cramp/pain problems are pretty well known. This is roughly the same as with keyboard/mouse usage and unsupported arms.

I have an Aeron, but I think if I get any extra chairs, this one will be at the top of my list.

took a few days to get used to but after that I never want to go back to the "ordinary" mouse.

My wife got new chairs for her office so I ordered the below one and got it for $255 since they were getting a bulk discount. Very impressed so far, can't tell a different between this and the miller chairs. Will have to wait and see how it hold up long term in comparison.

I stumbled onto this thread today as I was thinking about getting a new chair. Any new recommendations out there? Either brand or where to buy?

Thanks!
