The problem with the bible and man's account of these stories is what one sees often depends on what one is looking for. Even if every account in it is a fable, it is still filled with many valuable hidden morals that can help one live a better life. One does not even have to believe a word of it to benefit from it.

You make quite a few assumptions there buddy. Starting to sound like a theist. As I said all along, I believe in a higher power. What name you call it is your perogitive. My definition of eternal life, is more closely related to hinduism than christianity.

Here is an old story that explains why the evidence you seek will never be recognized:
During Hurrican Katrina, an eldery woman sat in her second-story apartment building as the flood waters began to rise. A man appeared at her door and asked her to come with him to safety.
She answered, "No I will stay here as God will save me as I have always believed!"
The man left and the waters rose to outside her window. As she sat in her room, a boat came up to her window and the woman on board screamed at the old lady to come with her to safety.
She calmly replied, " I will wait for my Lord to save me"
When the waters began entering her apartment she climbed as fast as she could to the roof and sat there waiting. A helicopter came by and lowered a basket as the rescue worker signalled the woman to climb in so they could resuce her.
She waved her hand at the basket and said "Please, I have my faith and I will wait for the Lord to rescue me."
The waters rose pretty fast and not too long after the woman was washed off the roof and met her death like so many other during the tragedy.
Being a good mother wife and person her whole life she easily made it to and through the Pearly Gates where she approached God and fall at the Lord's feet and cried, "Lord, I was a faithful church goer for 60 years and always had faith in you and believed in you and prayed for you to come save me but here I stand dead wondering why you did not hear my prayers.
The Lord looked down at her and said, "Aren't you that crazy woman I sent a man, a boat and even a helicopter to get you out of that building??"
No, but these issues aren't constrained to the bible , but all cults.
One does not have to believe a word of anything, to be slaughtered by dogma, and the ignorance of people for no legitimate reason.
This is the issue, for mine-that, given a stack of good (or bad) reasons to do something, most people can only be convinced to carry through on the basis of ingrained cultural myths, the largest majority of which stem from religion.
So to help avoid the usual religious exuberance of rushing toward quick and easy unjustified answers for no legitimate reason volente, consider this

There would be no disproving its claims. Chasing your tail forever attempting to 'prove the negative' any and all entities care to bother imagining they are and require you to prove they aren't . is pointless
Right, so you are not the complete dickhead you make out to be after all. Though it's not "from an atheist's mind" but rather from a mind which applies the more logical coherent reasonable approach, most humans are capable of.
Can you think of something that the entity could do which would constitute proof? In all honesty maybe everyone can.
I know you asked the question, but for once, why niot try answering without that usual pointless requirement for the negative to be proved. You obviously already started to get a clue
If this being could suspend the natural laws that govern the universe, like gravity, that would be a start.
I'd like to see the "being" jump off a cliff and stop before hitting the ground. That said, if I were to watch, I'd make sure to stand far enough away, in case this being was unable to stop gravity. The result, one would expect, would be splat.
I'd like to see the "being" stop a jet airplane in its tracks in mid-air.
