The judge wasn't removed,he voluntarily recused himself.If the judge recused himself because of a conflict of interest or because he hurt the case in any way that is absolutely a good thing for Mueller because the defense cant use it at trial or appeal.

The judge who recused himself has been replaced by a judge who was appointed by Bill Clinton and Mueller continues his work with his 3 cooperating witnesses.As I said, it's getting better everyday.:)

The judge recused himself as he suddenly remembered being on the FISA team and then suddenly remembered that Strzok had to be removed due to his bias.

Maybe the judge just didn't want to get disbarred.

A biased prosecutor with a biased judge working under biased Mueller with either Mueller's permission or ignorance, your pick.

Great,the defense cant attack it at trial or appeal .Mueller and the judge see bias that could affect the case or conflict of interest and they remove it from the case.Makes Muellers case much stronger.:)

Dream on. As I have said many, many times, Mueller does fine until the defense lawyers show up. That has been his history. Now you are pre-declaring what they can and cannot attack at trial or on appeal. Good luck with that.

Mueller tried to hide from the Oversight Committee the removal of that clown sltoz but the Inspector General told the Committee and ratted him out. Don't be surprised if it turns out that the Inspector General was the one who caused Mueller to remove him in the first place. Try that one on for size at trial.

Flynn,Gates and Papadopoulos can all likely afford good defense lawyers.If those defense lawyers thought Muellers case was weak they likely would not have plead guilty and agreed to cooperate.
 
They copped to the equivalent of jaywalking, considering what this started out as.

But it's a moot point. The investigation is so polluted there are calls for Mueller to go.

Boy you are naïve. That has always been meullers outcome. He squeezes some losers and gets them on perjury or on some side rap but when it comes to the ones who dig in with a defense team he gets clobbered at trial or on appeal. Flynn didn't even have an attorney with him when he was interviewed by the fbi for chrissake.

Also, don't be so sure that Flynn could have afforded a good defense counsel. His financial problems are an element that made him vulnerable to Russian dealings and also vulnerable to having to take a deal from the fbi. As soon as it is revealed that the warrants to tap him were illegally obtained he will regret even more that he did not lawyer up even more rather than just caving. You are still on this wavelength where you see Mueller and are in awe about how he controls everything. That come from your junior level perspective of how these things go. Same with the FBI. They go through a period where they have their time in the sun, then it can get very dark for them when the defense lawyers show up from the best firms in the country. Seeing some of that already just from the lawyers on the house committee. FBI not lookin so good these days.
