You are a bit late. Already sold.
However, you may still be in luck. Sold it to a realtor/speculator. Did some pretty major remodling, so the house is virtually new. No one has lived in it since we moved out and the improvements were made.

She put in a new kitchen and new flooring (24x24 diagnally set Travatine marble (groutless).
Bathrooms also have the same kind of Marble but with "tumble inlays" whatever they are. Triple split floor plan. she took down the pool enclosure (not sure why).
New kitchen features new antique finished cabinets, stainless appliances, 150 year old built in furniture (I have not seen, so I don't know what that means). "Rare exotic granite slab".

Ranch style. Ceilings from 14 to 18 feet. Crown mouldings (another thing I have not seen myself). Pool, dual zone AC (new, I put them in myself about 2 years ago). Cabana bath and shower. Best location in Boca for people with school age kids. Community bordered by Les Jardins to the east, Spanish River high school to the north, Woodfield Hunt Club to the west. and the Carriage Houses at Woodfield to the south.

House is now "for sale by owner" But I am sure it is adverised in the Sun Sentinal since it is apparently not going into MLS.

Sorry, no "junk", but I WILL sell you any of the several guitars or amps you may be interested in. I really was considering putting a few on Ebay. I will give you first dibs on the two I am most willing to part with. 93 Fender Strat Ultra, and 91 Fender Rosewood Telecaster. I never play them anymore. My son stopped playing and his Ibanez is more than adequate for my needs. Easier to play and I don't have to get uptight about putting a ding in it, 'cause it will never be a collectors item like the two Fenders.
And he has already dinged it up anyway. But it sounds just fine. Has a Floyd Rose Tremelo, which is a minor downside to me, but I can learn to live with it.

I think it would be healthy for your obsession to actually own something of mine. Of course the house is probably not suitable for you. It is a perfect family house. So a recluse like you wouldn't find much use for it. But the guitars.....who knows, maybe you would get off on just owning a piece of art. Let me know.

And as for the Z4 comment...."allegedly"? You really are a case for the ages. Got my license plate in the mail yesterday. Send me your address, and I will send you the paper plate and temporary registration for your edification. Anything for my sad friend Max!!!

Time to upgrade the RAM in your head. Maybe you are due for a whole new operating system!!!

How come nothing ever adds up with RS7?

On 6/24/03 he says, "I just sold my house" and "I got approx. $500k."

His buyer: "Sold it to a realtor/speculator. Did some pretty major remodeling," put in a new kitchen, all new appliances and marble floor; tore down an existing cabana structure; Crown mouldings, etc., etc. And apparently then added an entire half bath to the house from scratch.

A full kitchen is going to run close to a bare minimum of $30,000 and generally for a kitchen in a 4 bedroom is going to run closer to $50,000 and up. The flooring alone will run from $5-$10K. Plus the adding of a half bath from scratch.

On top of that, the buyer had an entire structure torn down and carted away, a structure substantial enough to hold at least a half bath.

Besides not trying to make very much profit ($609K less construction, less purchase/selling costs, less $500K), all this work done and on the market
in 12 days. Amazing.
